Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Academy is proud to announce our 19th Annual schoolwide Race for Education, taking place on May 22nd.

The Race for Education is a cherished tradition at OLMCA and a wonderful way for our students to get outside, stay active, and support their school in a fun and healthy way.

This year, funds raised will support residency programs as well as new technology software and hardware for our teachers and classrooms.

We are excited to hit the track! Each grade will participate in a 45 minute time block, during which students will run laps and challenge themselves to see how many they can complete.

All students will receive a hotdog and Italian ice, and water will be available throughout the day.

Students will raise funds by asking sponsors such as friends, neighbors, and family members to make a tax deductible donation. In previous years, we mailed flyers through the postal service. To save time and resources, we are once again asking families to share the flyer digitally with their networks.

Donations can be made securely online through GivingZone.com, where students can invite sponsors directly. We will also continue to accept cash, checks, and money orders in the main office.

This year’s race is dedicated to expanding our residency programs and enhancing technology across our school. Thank you for your continued support of our students and the OLMCA community!
