The Empire Athletics Foundation is excited to host our second annual Home Run Derby + Skills Combine on May 18th!

Each of our Empire Softball teams will take part in a fun, program-wide event at Peter A. Nelson Field with a DJ and great prizes for our athletes!

All athletes will have 1 minute and 30 seconds at bat (with 1 15 second timeout). Any athlete who hits over five home runs during their time slot, will earn an additional bonus 30 seconds (Possibility for 2 minutes total per athlete). Any hit that goes over the fence will qualify as a home run. Any hit that lands in the air beyond the cones that will be set up will qualify as two home runs. 12u players will be hitting from the distance of 125 feet and 14u and older players will be hitting from 150 feet. Totals are tallied, entered into the system, and donors are automatically sent information pertaining to honoring their initial pledge. We are looking for sponsors for each SUCCESSFUL Home Run hit!

You can PLEDGE anything from .25 cents to 50 dollars per successful homerun hit or make a one-time DONATION!
