2025 marks my 4th year as a "GM" (I shoot sponsored free-throws) for the Shoot-a-thon. And my 1st year as a board member. It's remarkable to see more directly the amazing work of the entire staff of New Heights who contribute year round dedication to teach and inspire young student athletes. Their track record is unmatched in supporting kids to flourish in school, on the court and in life.

Funds raised from your donations will directly provide New Heights' signature sports-based program - College Bound. The program reaches kids from grades 3-12, integrating education, athletics and leadership development.

As you think about your pledge, I expect to make more than 90/100 free throws. Past pledge amounts have ranged from $1-$100 per make. And please do pile in if you have corporate matching.

New Heights Basketball Program is excited to host it’s 12th Annual Team Challenge Shoot-A-Thon on May 31st!

During the event every student-athlete, coach and GM will shoot 100 free throws. We are looking for sponsors for every MADE free throw. You can PLEDGE anything from .25 cents to 10 dollars per basket made or make a one-time DONATION.

All proceeds will fund New Heights’ signature year-round integrated youth-development program College Bound and the basketball season.
