Mercer Island Boys Basketball Program is hosting our 2nd Annual league wide Free Throw Shoot-a-thon January 8, 2024 – January 22, 2024.

During the shootout, every athlete will shoot a minimum of 100 free throws. We are looking for sponsors for each free throw MADE. Sponsors can PLEDGE anything from $0.50 to 10 dollars per basket made or make a one-time DONATION.

The shoot-a-thon will culminate at our Basketball Festival on Monday, January 22 where the 3 leaders in each age group will compete for additional prizes. All are welcome to attend, please check your email for further details.

The Mercer Island Boys Basketball Booster Club is committed to maintaining high standards and special experiences for our student-athletes. With the support of fans like you, we offer exceptional year-round player development opportunities. We provide training for our coaches, giving them the best tools to mentor our student-athletes. We purchase equipment, from basketballs to video editing software. Most importantly, we provide scholarships to ensure that a family’s financial circumstance is never an obstacle to playing the game these boys love.
